So, a few days ago I’m chugging Robitussin in the employees’ restroom at the Whole Foods Market downtown.
(Don’t ask. Suffice it to say, it’d been a long day.)
I’m really throwing it back, man, working hard, leaning with my ass against the sink so I can fully bend the spine backward, tilt the head back, raise the arm high and let gravity work.

G’day “faithful readers” (wishful thinking, I know, but it’s practice for when there are readers for this website, and they actively follow the updates). On friday night just gone (3-31), I had the pleasure of seeing Roger Sanchez spin a set at Toronto’s This Is London Club.
