Susan Petrapolis is the ‘fashion pic of the week’ winner!

Each week renegade will pick a photo that is the “best”. The “best” means an outfit that is really out there. Maybe it works. Maybe it frightens children and old people. Don’t forget that each winner receives a free t-shirt! So send in photos of the cruel, the outrageous, and ridiculous.
