It was critiqued of me, “Isn’t this a little bit easy?” in regards to my last post. The email’s context was referring to my last column “Oh Snap…No Mystery To It” in which I pick apart a junk newsletter sent to horny, desperate men and the strange illusions the writer creates in order to tempt their fancies. According to the appraisal of my piece, it was quoted as being similar to “shooting fish in a barrel”. Listen: Email has afforded me many a pleasantry. It has allowed me to type to friends that I am too busy to talk instead of calling them during hours I know they will not pick up their phones in which to leave a message on the subject. It has allowed me to become berated with email forwards from co-workers, none of whom I find delightful or clever, offering delightful and clever links; topics ranging from bears jumping on trampolines to cats eating their own poop. I am informed on the peak moments of which to purchase Viagra, Cialils or other fine arousal medication.
