The Invasion Begins

The recent opening of Invasion at the former Veganopolis on Fourth ave. has brought the hope that something interesting could be put on the same block as The City. Stopping in for their first happy hour which features $1 PBR and $2 snacks Oree and I were originally  pulled in by the awesome mural covering the whole front wall. From there we took a tour of the place not expecting too much.

How wrong were we. If you have a soft spot for post-modern style then this place will be your favorite place to drink. EVERYTHING is vintage. Cool couches, chairs signs tables. Everything. But the best thing were the separate rooms to lounge in private. Invasion is great for the downtowners looking for cheap beer with expensive taste.
