This is for the Portland heads who have NO idea who Champagne Champagne is. 2 years ago three guys got together to make music they liked. Now, they are three guys who make music people love. Take early Kool Keith, give some eerie Bernie Worell mood music with a 2 live Crew Beat and you’ve got yourself some weird, smart dance rap. One of the new BLAST Rap groups of Seattle, Pearl Dragon (afro) , DJ Gajamagic and Thomas Gray (beard, luckily) are just another jewel in this rising crown of hip hop.
