Renegade Magazine is how promoting is now done. A publication devoted to you. Focused exclusively on the events and people of Portland and Cascadia. Renegade provides one magazine for everyone’s flyers! Not piles of sloppy cards at coffee shops, expensive posters plus all the time to put them up and hand out.

Renegade is a magazine that takes flyers and condenses them into one booklet which provides a curiosity that a single flyer or poster can’t provide. That means it has value beyond the 10 seconds it takes to read a flyer. It will be thumbed through repeatedly and most importantly, kept.

Renegade is what you grab to find out what’s important and to allow artwork to represent your unique message. Not just a random mention in small type in the “what to do” section along with 90% of things that have nothing to do with what you do.

Renegade is made for those who have small budgets and can’t afford to place ads in the old media publications. The same old media publications that never feature your events and culture. They ignore you. We adore you.

Every ad space is proportionally scaled to established sizes for flyers and posters so there is no need to spend time resizing. The same flyer you use RIGHT NOW is the same flyer that will fit in Renegade!

Every ad space is one entire page. No competing information or confusion.

Every ad space is $50. Color or B/W. The first to pay are the first to select color. If you’d like to guarantee a color spot in the highly coveted back cover, inside front cover or inside back cover, reserve as many months ahead as you’d like. Each month is $50.

The ad space dimensions are:

Final trimmed size is 5.125” x 7.675”

w/ bleed is 5.375 x 7.825”

This includes .125” bleed around all the sides.

Published at the  beginning of each month, Renegade needs two weeks to get the magazine printed so there is a firm deadline for each month. All we need is a high resolution pdf, most likely the same you used to print your flyers already, and your payment through paypal by the end of the day TWO BUSINESS WEEKS before the first of the next month.

Then they are distributed at parties, events and clubs where the people you’re trying to reach are. Plus you can find them at Anthem Records, Backspace, Hecklewood Clothing, Platinum Records, Breeze Block Gallery and Report Lounge.
