The beats are good and tight, smooth production with rhymes that can match, sometimes. It’s an up and down album though. The rhymes by both Only One and Al-One only equal Sapient’s beats on about 3 songs. The other songs are either miss matched between the unoriginal delivery and cadence of their flows or the sound is used as just background props to fill every available second with words.

on my favorite track, Club Kill this is where the rhymes and cadence fit perfect with the complexities of the beats and driving sound. On Early On Adventures, Sapient’s production uses samples and beats that are great and the rhymes don’t detract from it. On show improvement it could use some. The slow and groovy song is given the same vocal treatment as all the other songs. If they’d changed it up and come with a delivery that complimented the music it would of shown a broader range and depth.

The few stand out songs qualify it for buying, and if you’re into local hip hop then I would recommend it.
